The terms that govern your use of the Extreme Marketing website and social media management services. Last updated August 24, 2026.
By using our site or signing up for a plan, you agree to these terms. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract, billing recurs on your signup date until you cancel, and eligible new plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee (see our FAQ and the Pricing & Plans guide for the full refund policy). You own the content we create for you once it's paid for. Don't misuse the service, and we'll hold up our end.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at extrememarketing.com (the "Site") and the social media management, content creation, and related marketing services (the "Services") provided by Extreme Marketing ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the Site, booking a call, or purchasing a plan, you ("you," "the client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Services. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
You're responsible for keeping your account and dashboard credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
We provide done-for-you social media content — writing, design, scheduling, and publishing — according to the plan you select at checkout. Plan details (post counts, channels, and add-ons) are described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
Community management (replying to comments and DMs), paid advertising, and add-on services (SEO blog articles, Meta Ads management, Instagram Growth) are separate from core content plans unless purchased together. See Services & Add-Ons for details.
Plans are billed monthly in advance, starting on the date of your first payment, and renew automatically each month until cancelled. There are no long-term contracts and no setup fees on standard plans.
You may cancel at any time through your client dashboard or by contacting your account manager. We ask for at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date, since that's when we begin preparing the following month's content. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described below.
Eligible new social media management plans (posts and reels) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within your first 14 days, contact your account manager for a full refund of that first month, provided published posts are removed from your live channels. After 14 days, or for renewal months, plans are non-refundable, which is standard for monthly subscription services. Add-on services (SEO blog articles, reseller subscriptions, and paid ads management) are not covered by this guarantee. Full details live in our Pricing & Plans guide.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Once a post has been paid for as part of your plan, you own the rights to that content — captions, graphics, and video — and may use it however you like, including after you cancel. Stock imagery licensed on your behalf remains subject to the original stock license terms.
You retain full ownership of your social media accounts, pages, and any data or analytics associated with them. We access your accounts only through official platform integrations and only for the purpose of publishing and reporting on the content in your plan.
You're responsible for the accuracy of any information, claims, or materials (logos, photos, product details) you provide us to use in your content.
You agree not to use the Services to request or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or that violates the terms of service of the social platforms we post to (including buying fake followers, engagement, or reviews). We reserve the right to decline content requests that violate this policy or platform guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Services.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim for consistent quality and turnaround times, we don't guarantee specific business outcomes — follower growth, engagement, leads, or sales — since these depend on many factors outside our control (your market, offer, website, and platform algorithm changes among them).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extreme Marketing's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, etc.), including account suspensions, algorithm changes, or policy updates that affect your reach or content performance.
